Navira / Investment Approach

A conviction pipeline, not a spray of bets.

We build relationships with growth-stage businesses, including companies that may be preparing for a potential listing, and invest where our assessment of the business is strongest.

Our Thesis

Early conviction. Disciplined entry.

01

Connect early

Engage early with growth-stage businesses, including those that may be on a potential public-market or strategic-growth trajectory, through promoters, bankers and our network.

02

Disciplined entry

Where appropriate, the Fund seeks to evaluate entry opportunities based on its assessment of company fundamentals, growth prospects, valuation and the prevailing market environment.

03

Listed flexibility

Up to 49% of the portfolio may be invested in listed equity and debt, providing flexibility to deploy capital across listed and unlisted opportunities, subject to the Fund's investment strategy and applicable regulations.

Our Approach

A disciplined investment process.

1

Sourcing

Promoter, banker and network-led pipeline of growth-stage businesses.

2

Due Diligence

Independent financial, legal and commercial diligence on every deal.

3

Structuring

Entry terms, investor rights and governance provisions.

4

Monitoring

Board engagement and periodic performance review of each holding.

5

Exit

Potential routes include a listing, strategic sale or market sale. No exit route is assured.

Governance-first. Every proposal passes independent due diligence and the Investment Committee's review before capital is committed, and is monitored against the Fund's stated objectives thereafter.
